Our Process
Want to know how we make your house a home?
Here’s a sneak peek at our process.
The Silverline Process
Enquiry
We receive an enquiry from someone just like you, who is too, ready to make their house a home with some custom-made cabinetry and within 24 hours we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Brief
Director, Darryl Stagg, will meet with you to discuss your project and plans, along with look at the space, so he can provide you with an accurate quotation.
Can’t meet with Darryl? That’s okay. An email with project information and images can often be enough to at least provide you with an estimate.
Quotation
Within a few days of your meeting or receipt of information and images, we will provide you with a personalised quotation for your project.
Deposit
Upon receipt of your deposit, your project can commence.
Design
Not sure what your dream kitchen looks like? Don’t know how big your custom cabinets need to be or where they should go?
We provide you with inspiration and innovation and create accurate concept design drawings, allowing you to envisage your dream kitchen coming to life.
Along with this, we have a selection of materials, surfaces and products such as wood panelling, benchtops, handles and splashbacks to select from in our showroom’s Inspiration Room, to assist with any extra inspiration needed.
Manufacturing
Then, at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wangara (filled with bespoke, high-tech machinery to ensure millimetre perfect results) we complete much of the large-scale fabrication.
That means your lifestyle isn’t on-hold whilst your kitchen or bathroom is being remodelled.
Installation
When it’s ready to install, we arrive with your bespoke cabinetry and work fast and with precision, whilst cleaning up after ourselves – so you can get on with living.
Timing
So, how long does a project usually take?
The turnaround (for a big job) is generally 6 weeks at the most, but we can always work in with the customer’s requirements.
For more urgent projects, we’ve been known to complete a bathroom vanity in a matter of days.
With a standard kitchen for example, we can have the old one ripped out and the new one in in the same day. Certain materials such as stone however, will mean the project will take a few days longer.
Want to see how your project is progressing? You can come into our factory at any time to see how for yourself – now that’s service!
Maintenance
With the quality of our work and materials, maintenance should never be required. But we know that one should never say never, which is why our Director Darryl will always return to check on our work if there are ever any problems – we’re here to help.
